We rub the steak with a little evoo, then add a bit of garlic salt, salt, and pepper. Last, we fork the meat. So easy and delicious.

We have all been there. I totally understand your frustrations. You have made great progress! Keep logging and moving. Also, when I was in your same situation, I had to slightly adjust my food and the weight fell off, even close to goal. Hang in there!:smile:
