You could intermittent fasting..where you eat all your calories in a time window (example: Only eat from 9am-5pm) sounds like bs but it honestly really worked for me. also perhaps eat more vegetables and less bread?

I have to just force myself to.. caffeine or nicotine gum.. are you eating enough? If I don't eat enough I have a hard time motivating myself. Maybe try a reward system? Like if you work out 3 x per week for a month you buy yourself something cute?

I love Tuna in a bad with Avocado and lemon.. Cottage cheese with cut up veggies and some salad dressing..wraps are good, whole grain/gluten free even better..maybe meat and veggie skewers ?
