It really depends on how you've set up your account. If you already claim to be active and have a calorie goal set as such, you ahouldn't be logging a lot of the walking. If you said you are sedentary, log it all! :)

If you can tell a difference, don't sweat it. It's probably just water retention. :) my muscles retained about 5 lbs of muscle when I started exercising vigorously.

Oil is your friend. I just fry it and then add it to my stir-fries. Marinating the tofu in your stir-fry sauce will also help!

I'm a tall girl with pretty strong legs (not exactly petite), but I'm pretty slim and I eat over 2000 every day unless I'm sick. Usually approaching 2500 :)

You overate on your calorie goal, which probably means you still ate at a deficit. You won't gain weight. Don't sweat today; you are allowed to enjoy yourself. No need to overcompensate tomorrow: do your regular ol thang.

My boyfriend would be proud of my for sticking up for myself! I've always been a bit of a pushover and have a hard time shooting guys down so he is always happy to see me say "no" when I need to! :)

Hula hooping can be cardio if you put a lot of effort into it. To stand there hooping in one place for 15 is definitely better than sitting around for 15 minutes, but would not burn very many calories.

Freeze some bananas. Blend them in your food processor with some cocoa. Eat dairy-free chocolate banana ice cream and purr like a kitten. I don't restrict my calories ever, but this is a delicious alternative to less nutritious sweet goodies.

I really don't think you're doing too badly my dear :) I make my own muesli, so that could be an option if you want cereal in the mornings! I'm still not perfect though- I eat isolates and nutrition bars (although I hope to phase it out and switch to hemp instead!)

The hardest thing for me to deal with is my face. Sometimes people take pictures of me and I think I look like a demon. But usually when I look in the mirror I like it! My favourite things are my neck, back, tummy, and hands. :)
