Amen to that! I enjoy all types of food too much to restrict myself. Moderation is key!

I like your thoughts about eating in private! I'm the biggest closet eater ever! And it does show in public! hahahaha

From Corpus Christi! And there's a mexican restaurant on almost every corner! Love that Tex-Mex!

I find that eating some type of nut about an hour before bed really helps me. Or I'll eat a little peanut butter. Holds me until morning.

Love this post! No one can make me eat things that I shouldn't be eating. And I try to just think "moderation". With MFP, I have to really justify eating something that may only make me feel good for a few minutes. Losing the weight will make me feel better for life!

You are awesome! Congratulations on persevering through it all. I'm sure it was tough, but looking at yourself in the mirror now has to be sweet! Keep up the good work!

I've been watching my intake, and I was really going over my sugar quota for the day. Fruit, which I love, seems to throw me over every time. I'm hoping sugar in fruit is not as bad as refined sugars. Good luck to you. Am sending you a friend request. Need all the encouragement I can get!

Good luck, Holly! I love my phone app, too. Makes me really think about what I put in my mouth, that's for sure. Here's hoping you meet your goal!

I just joined this month, too. No friends using this at all! Have about 40 pounds I need to lose. Have lost 4 since starting on July 7. Slow and steady wins the race! Love myfitnesspal!
