The only thing I use rye bread for is reuben sandwiches. I'm not a huge fan of them, but we have them occasionally because they are a favorite of my husbands. Thanks skinnyby. I saw the agave at the store the other day and almost bought it, but it was so pricey I decided I would wait until I knew something about it. That first website was very informative, I learned a lot about fructose that I did not know.

That is hard. Maybe other people in your family can boost you up. My husband is pretty disinterested, but I can always count on my mom to give me kudos. We support each other at work too, since most of us are working on losing weight. Hopefully you can find someone else to help you stay motivated

I agree with you, that is way to small for a person who is 5'6" I am 5'6" and I set my goal at 135. I don't know if it's something that is bad about MFP, though. I thought everyone set their own goals.

I bought them after reading the nutrition label and they seemed really healthy. However, I didn't like them unfortunately. I love love love some Kashi Go Lean. It really helps me up my fiber intake first thing in the morning.

Well if you prefer your veggies raw, they're healthier that way so eat them raw. Try dipping them. Carrots and broccoli in fat free ranch (if you don't like fat free, try low fat for a while then try fat free). Sliced bell peppers dipped in fat free catalina dressing.
