Diabetes runs in my family, both my parents have it. My mom has issues with high blood sugar, she's overweight & my dad has issues with low blood sugar, he's of normal weight. Very scary for me cause I love sugar!!

Haha...I did that. After a couple months of drinking the Tennessee Honey I switched to Maker's Mark cause it was 90 proof and I didn't have to drink as much, lol. :drinker:

Thanks for all the replies, lots of good advise. I am afraid if I start drinking hard liquor again I will go back to old habits. When I do drink heavy liquor its always at home. Im 5'4" current weight is 111, im .2 away from 110 which is where I want to be, lol. My goal for this year is to maintain between 110-115 and focus more on strength training. Measurements are 34-28-34, pant size 0-2

Lol, thanks. :laugh: Your right about the breast feeding, some can & others can't. It also depends on implant placement. Mine was placed under the muscle so the doctor said I wouldn't have any problems breast feeding if I wanted to.

Healing time was not bad, but I think it depends alot on the doctors technique. Same thing goes for scaring. My doctor goes in under the breast and makes a tiny incision. I'v always had small breast. Almost 10 years ago, I lost alot of weight and my small breast became even smaller. Think A cup to bee stings, lol. I would like to know this as well. MFP says 45 minutes on elliptical is 349 calories burned. But the machine tells me anywhere from 560-585. Not sure which one I should believe. I guess it's better to under estimate calorie burn than over estimate.

I struggle with not eating enough calories cause Im worried I will gain the weight back. OR When I do eat enough calories I feel paranoid about gaining the weight back.

Im an inverted triangle as well, I hate it!! Big shoulders, big chest, very small hips & no butt. I don't know how wide my shoulders are, never meassured. But my chest is 34 (was 38), stomach is 28(was 34) and hips are 34. I also have a short torso & that makes having an inverted triangle body shape even worse!! :sad:…

Thank you, lots of willpower!! :laugh: I quit eating fast food twice a day, gave up alcohol (I was depressed & drinking alot) and started exercising 5-6 times a week.

I eat 1-3 Quest Bars per day, I would say Im slightly obsessed. :love: I love them, they are SOOOOO GOOOOD!!! As long as it fits your calories then its fine, snack on.

Congrats on achieving your goal weight. Just wanted to say I know how you feel. Even though I have lost alot I still see a fat person in the mirror most of the time. I know I will always have a problem with this. What helps me is if I go by how my clothes fit & not what I see in the mirror. Good luck & hang in there!!

I'm 5'4" SW -178, GW was 125 with my UGW being 120. I reached my UGW of 120 a couple weeks ago and moved to maintenance. Im sitting at 117 now, slowly uping my calories. I need to get some updated pictures on here.
