Thanks, no I did not follow the eating plan. I did however eat some of the 25 "Keep it Real" foods listed in the nutrition guide. Started Beta Cycle- Core Cardio this morning. Really enjoyed it!! The pace is alot faster which makes doing the moves easier. Only had to follow Tanya with one of the moves. Yes, it's worth it. I haven't tried Ripped in 30, but I did do Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred. It took me alittle over 30 days to complete it but I lost 19 pounds. I would recommend her DVDs if your first starting out.

My goal weight is 125, Im 5'4, Im at 132 right now. Once I get to 125 Im pretty sure Im going to change my goal weight to 120. I'v been avoiding desserts instead if I want something sweet I eat frozen grapes. I eat lots of vegetables like asparagus, brussel sprouts, squash, broccoli, bell peppers & salads, hold the dressing. I'v lost 36 pounds in less than 2 1/2 months but I started at 170 pounds so I had more to lose starting out than you. So yes it is possible. Calorie deficit, only drink water & workout ALOT!!

I always gain when Im on birth control. Iv been on pills and DEPO shot. I gained way more on the Depo Provera shot, but it came off pretty quick after getting off the shot.
