I did find Bodybuilding.com yesterday and started looking at that. The only thing that scares me about it is it tells you to eat more, which is the total opposite to what Iv always done when trying to lose weight.

So should I continue to do cardio to shed more weight and then start lifting heavy to tone? Or can I just start working on lifting heavy to lose weight and tone at the same time? Will I get faster results if I start lifting heavy? Im scared to walk into the lifting weight area at my gym, its all men. I don't know where to…

Yes!! My father-in-law is the worst with this. If I lose weight he tells me Im to skinny and will blow away. And when Im fat he will grab my back fat. UGG!! :mad:

Oh what really sucks about my gym are the hours. Mon-Fri they close at 9:00PM, Saturday they close at 2:00PM and Sunday their closed!! Total bull**** and they have the nerve to charge almost $50 a month!!

I have a gym membership. I live in a small town so it's not one of those chain fitness places. It's ok I guess, lots of equipment, weight machines, Sauna, heated swimming pool, hot tubs & aerobic classes available, but way over priced for what you get. I only workout there during my lunch hour. I have a treadmill at home…

Yes, about 10 years ago when I first got into fitness/working out I lost cup sizes. I was about 155 pounds with a small C, and went to 110 pounds with very very small A's. But losing cup sizes was not my goal. :cry:

My son was a late walker too, :smile: he didn't walk till 16 months old. Which is probably why he weighed 32 pounds at 1 year old, and still weighted 32 pounds at 2 years old. :smile:

32 pounds at 1 year old may sound like alot but you also have to consider height into it. My son was 32 pounds at 1 but he was also 32 inches long. Now at 2 years old he still weighs 32 pounds but he's 38 inches long.

Count me in too, DVD is coming in today from amazon so I will start tonight. I plan on waking up earlier in the morning and doing it then.
