I add fat free/salt free chicken broth and steamd broccolli to my mac 'n cheese. Sometimes when it's taco night at my house, I'll add a couple of tablespoons of taco meat to it. It's yummy! Good luck! Pier :)

I'm loving my mango pineapple smoothie. I make it with unsweetened almond or soy milk, some ice, and a small banana and blend. It's delicious! Pier :)

Yup I wanted to drop the fat free/sugar free chemical stuff too! So I switched to organic almond milk or organic soy milk with Splenda. Sometimes I buy the unsweetened almond or soy milk to control the sugar content. It took some getting use to...but I feel way better and it tastes yummy too! Pier :)

If you add fat free, low sodium chicken stock to the MF soups, then they'll taste yummy! I enjoy the chicken noodle soup and the chicken and wild rice soup. Good luck!
