Yikes! Make sure you are drinking plenty of water (at least 64 ounces per day). Also, make sure you measure out everything using a food scale. I would rely on the food scale for several months before getting comfortable estimating portion sizes.

I've actually tried the nooodles. Of the no calorie noodles I've tried (those versus skinny noodles) I prefered the Nooodles. But, my favorite low-cal noodle substitute is the Tofu Shirataki noodles by House foods which you can buy at many supermarkets in the refridgerated tofu section.

I had the same thing happen to me this morning. I have to keep reminding myself that you should only check your weight once a week on the same day at the same time every week. During the week, your weight will fluctuate from day to day as your body adjusts to everything going on, but you should see general results on a…

For regular A1, its about 15 calories per tablespoon, all from sugar. But, supposedly A1 has a carb watchers steaksauce that is only 5 calories. I've had good luck with the top brands low carb/low sugar version of sauces so it wouldn't hurt to give it a try. I guess its just up to you based on the calories you can have per…

I love greek yogurt for breakfast. My favorite is Fage 0%. I usually add a little truvia and some cinnamon, but its quick easy and very filling for 100 calories. You could also make a microwave egg scramble. Keep some egg beaters or egg whites in the fridge at work, non-stick spray, and a ceramic or microwavable bowl or…

I made these last night with just a little almond extract and no crust (I didn't have anything on hand to make a crust from), but I thought they were amazing. I had some frozen cherries that I thawed and added some truvia too and topped it with fat free Reddi Whip. Thank you so much for this recipe! These were fabulous!!

The recipe looks great. You said next time that you think you might use vanilla extract, but I would suggest almond to make it taste more authentic. I'm gonna give this a go. Thanks for sharing.

I tried something today and I was in heaven. I added a couple drops of almond extract, a dash of cinnamon, and a few truvia packets (until it was sweetened to my liking). It was so delicious. It almost tasted like cheesecake filling. I added it to the Fage 0% plain greek yogurt. A 6oz serving is 100 calories with 18g…

I love the versatility of greek yogurt. It can be breakfast, a snack, a dip, a high protein replacement for sour cream, a sauce (think chicken enchillada sauce or stroganoff sauce) and I've used it as such. Of the chobani with fruit in the bottom, peach is my favorite. To sweeten plain Greek yogurt, try truvia sweetner…
