  • In the same boat here. I am only on my second day of L3, but it was by far the worst work out I have had in a long time. The jump lunges and squats kill my legs and the move where you are in plank on dumbbells hurts my hands. I gave it about 75% effort today because it was so freakin' hard. I'm so discouraged.
  • You guys have caught up with me already! Way to go. I have a feeling this group will finish before I do since I'm throwing in some non-3DS cardio days. Can't wait to see all the results and hear how everyone feels at the end of the month. Keep it up, ladies!
