Of you go into the Apps tab you will see the ticker option and thats where you get it.

I understand the ladies only thing. It's awkward in the beginning but sometimes men can be helpful and motivational.

Usually I aim between 1200 and my MFP goal of 1460, I am generally in this range. Sometimes I go over and am very rarely this much under 1200. I am using calorie burns from MFP and my fitbit, with the negative calories turned on.

I can't link my fitbit with my tablet. I tried and the OS is Android 4.1 which isnt supported by fitbit yet. I was just wondering how I can get my activity log and fitbit readings onto MFP.

Thanks, I am getting the Zip. I've noticed that with the strength building exercises it doesnt have the calories burned and it doesnt even have some of the exercises that I do, mountain climbers., burpees, listed so that's why I was wondering.
