This is what I do too, except without the wallet. I put on clothes, drive over and leave my purse in the car and only take in my water bottle, that has a carabiner that I hook my keys to. When I'm trying a new class or cardio thing I bring my inhaler with me, hooked onto my water bottle.

Not so much in the summer, but in winter and colder weather I LOVE warm chicken or veggie broth with a little bit of soy sauce. You could also just try drinking more water/tea/whatever, then try adding more soy sauce to food.

I don't know if you can change anything on MFP to fix that, but you can go to the reports section and view the little graph of your net calories. It might make you feel better if you can just see that all the bars on the graph are pretty close to the red line that is the goal.
