Goals by Week 12: - Lose 1 Stone in weight - Be able to run 5k - Go down a jeans size (lose inches) Week 1: - Drink 2 litre a day of water - Visit the gym 4-5 days for at least 30 minutes I hope that I can obtain these and will be working hard to reach all my goals!
