If you eat broccoli, it has tons of protein (for a veggie). I sometimes eat 2-3 cups as part of dinner with a little bit of quinoa. I did the Shakeology 3 day cleanse....I lost 9 lbs, but gained back 8 when I started eating again.....it helped me with appetite control...and your bowel movements are "different" Its a shake 3 times per day, a fruit snack, and a salad/veggies (raw) with lean white protein.

Hi! I'm on Week 2 and am doing Day 3 tomorrow. I noticed it really help me get through my plateau. I haven't ran in over 10 years, so it was a good jump start to get back into it. I love it! I have noticed that even doing level 10 on the elliptical can't compare to the training, it feels a lot easier now! Good luck!

A friend on mine who has lost a lot of weight in the past year suggested I have a high protein snack (or a scoop of whey protein) to get me through the night! I find it helps :o)

Welcome back :o) I agree about gaining muscle. I haven't lost any weight in a month, but I dropped 1 pant size! Writing everything down really helps! P.S. I'm on round 2 too!

I do vodka soda water with extra limes :o) It's a little bitter at first, but with a little extra lime, you can get used to it!!
