Ooo I love this. I love to walk but it's been too cold. The last few days have been warmer though so i've been able to get a few in just in time for this challenge it appears. 3/9 - 6.2miles 3/10 - 3.1miles 3/11 - 3.1 miles 12.4 miles down I tend to walk at least 3.1 everyday so i'm hopeful I can meet the challenge barring…

Your post made me so sad. I can't imagine how hard it must be to be around people who don't support you. It's hard enough to do even with support. Like one of the posters have said, call your husband's bluff by getting healthy. Remember that you should really do this for YOU. It's great to set a good example for kids and…

Umm so that was supposed to say MFP not MFA ha! I do love the Museum of Fine Arts but I'm not sure becoming a member will do anything for my weight lol

I don't want to look like a scrawny so I'll go off what my body tells me but 20lbs seems about right for my build. Anyways so I did a search for 20lbs and found you guys. Thanks so much for…

MFP is having issues most people's news feed isn't loading including mine. Plus I've had the same error msg you have a few times. I bet they're working on it.

I'm using Nike free cross trainers as well. I used running shoes for a while but that was a bad idea. My feet were not happy.

That's exactly right. I grew up in a culture where fat is the compliment and skinny was a huge insult (clearly I didn't grow up here in America lol). However, it would be foolish of the women who have always been proud of their bodies where I grew up to come here and suddenly feel insulted by the same thing they loved to…
