I usually log my food before I eat it but not the night before - just the same day. If it doesn't fit within my numbers, I adjust what I eat. I also like to eat later in the evening. When I started logging, I discovered that I was drinking 450 calories in vanilla creamer every day. UGH - that was a surprise. I now drink my coffee with 2 artificial sweeteners. I am used to it now. The 450 just wasn't worth it for me. I still look forward to my coffee in the morning too. Good luck!

I thought the same when I started. I really didn't want to exercise so I just stayed within the 1200 calorie range. I did start to lose weight but then decided I wanted to eat more. I can totally relate! My food thief is my son. He is a runner and rail skinny. He can eat whatever he wants whenever he wants! Hang in there. When I first started, it took me 3 weeks to see a 1 pound loss! I was very discouraged. Everyone gave me the advice they are giving you -don't give up, keep going. I am happy to say that it does work. Keep plugging away!

I met my goal about 2 months ago. I am finding maintenance a little tricky. It is hard to get out of weight loss mode. I've dipped 5 pounds under but thanksgiving is coming. I'm sure I'll be able to get those 5 back no problem! Feel free to add me as you will soon be where I am : )
