I forgot to say that I am completely med-free now. No more injections, no more pills. I also used to use a c-pap for sleep apnea. Not anymore. I'm totally free of every thing that used to hinder me.

Wow! Good for you. Today is my second day with MFP. I'm looking for buddies, too. I recently lost about 45 pounds, but am having trouble keeping it off. My diet coach says that keeping food and activity records is the most successful strategy, so here I go.

From my experience, it's better to eat all your calories. Otherwise, your metabolism slows down.
