yep! agree with the melatonin...I haven't been sleeping well the past few weeks and started taking melatonin about an hour before I want to fall asleep. it definitely works and no "hangover" the next morning! :smile:

a new college freshman...I had an 8:00 English class...didn't know what had happened until I walked into my Intro to Gov't class...pretty surreal that was the class where I found out we had been attacked. Hi Laurie! I am having the same problem too! I've been trying to read up on the whole "starvation mode"...I don't really know too much since I just started this past Monday...any advice from people who have lost 40-50+ pounds would be wonderful as that is my ultimate goal!
