Got it! Thanks for the explanation..... I am set around 1490 calories a day and have been for the past 5 months. However, I never put in my 5 workouts a week. This is probably why sometimes I feel I haven't eaten enough because my body needs more at times. Thanks again for your help.

Hi Katia49, Thank you for your response. However, if I add it I will gain more net calories to eat. So should I consume or still not consume and just use it as record keeping? Still confused :huh:

Make sure you are eating the right foods that equal what your cal intake should be. For example if you only drink a protein shake and nothing else your health may suffer because it is malnourished. But good idea to check with your doc just to make sure it isnt something else.
