heres a question: once you ate breakfast, how much time after do you have something to eat? I found that if i wait like 4 hours to eat something i catch myself feeling super hungry and eat something that may not be too healthy or i over eat. Maybe try eating every 2 1/2 hours...like eat your breakfast as u usually do but…

awwww....dont be so down on yourself...you had a minor set back...we all have them...its a brand new day! learn from it and move on...change doesnt happen over night...eventually you'll get the hang of it and it will just come easy to you.

maybe try paking further in the parking lot at the store/work/gym...increase some walking time in there

anything is possible. If you set your mind into loosing the weight and are devoted/determined you can achieve it! I recommend you do the jillian michaels 30 day shred...i just started it two days ago and im already seeing results. I gives you the workout you need.

try typing in Market Pantry or Archer farms and then whatever the food item is. both are target brands...i know cuz i work there :happy: . for example....market pantry waffles or archers farms milk..etc.... hope that helps!

i used to do zumba last year and lost over 40 lbs in a 3 month period...i took a class at my local gym 4 times a week and it sure gives u a workout. Its fun if you have the right instructor...i recommend taking the class vs doing the dvd because at least you get a variety in music selection. Best of luck to u!
