I would suggest you eliminate 'dieting' out of your vocabulary...you'll come to find out that you wont have negative outlook on it. cook the same thing for everyone because it is healthier...

How exciting! im on L1D4 so far and im already seeing results...i been really watching what im eating and im doing extra time to do 20-45 min walks a day...i think the more moving the better results you get...thats just my opinion.

Im on L1D4 and yesterday felt like one of my legs was giving out :noway: I blelieved i might have been standing improperly and it caused it have a pulled muscle so i just made sure to ice it right after and this morning i woke up with out any pain

Hi there! Im on L1D4 of the 30 day shred and im doing it in combination with any where of 20-45 minute walks. it all depends if your body will be up to that extra push and able to handle it.

im doing the 30 day shred im on L1D3...and im experiencing almost the same problem. I been doing it with out shoes the first 2 days because its so difficult to do some of the moves on my carpet...but then my hamstring was giving me a hard time...feels like a cramp extending into my calf....anyhow...i did todays workout…
