I feel your frustrations... and was just reading that you need to eat back all of your exercise calories (news to me!)... it sounds like you need to be coming out even on your intake/burn (and you need to stay active)... I'm looking into this more and would like any more info others have to offer about that.

I agree -- almond milk. I like Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Flavor (I go unsweetened to try to keep my sugar intake low... but the vanilla flavor still keep the flavor on the sweet side).
