Do you guys worry though when after you exercise you find you have gained a pound or do you figure it's okay and just muscle weight as long as you're sticking to your calorie count and getting approx. half your calories from fruit and vegetables?

I know for myself I do not "exercise" in the normal way but my job is a complete workout I'm an overnight stocker at Wal~Mart and I have lost approx. ten pounds in two months eating what I wanted and just working at night.
