  • ok so it would not let me edit today but that is ok I am pretty upset with my weigh in any how. I am up a half pound this week. I guess it makes me so angry cause I bust my rump in that pool every night. and now I know I have to work harder this week to make it to my June goal of a size 26. Errr how frustrating!
  • I just found some Popsicle brand fudge pops (triple chocolate) they are only 60 cals and 1.5g of fat per pop. That is better than most of the "low cal" stuff I have found!
  • I think every one knows my "ah-ha" moment But for those of you who do not it was like the lady in the video when I held my newborn nephew and realized I wanted to be here when he was an adult. I watched the video early tis morning it was very inspirational.

  • I changed the type of exercise I was doing and kicked it up from 25-30 minutes to 45-75 minutes. That and I started feeling totally full all the time. I find it very hard to eat all the cals I am suppossed to have during the day. Infact the other day I ate all day long and was way way under my cals and then exercised away…
  • Personally I am below my calories every day by nearly 1,000. It is not that I try to be below but that I already eat alot and am always full. I would not knock off any calories if I were you though I would just hit the gym a bit harder for the next few days. Good Luck:flowerforyou:

  • I was just checking out ricekrispies.com What a wonderful site! not only do they have nutritional info for all their products but they have it for their recipes too. Suprisingly most of them are very low cal. and the big plus for me low in sodium. Yay! I can have rice krispy treats again!
  • Yummy Recipe! My Aunt actually makes these for Christmas every year but she adds Rice Krispies instead of oats. Well and she covers them in chocolate, but I have had them with out too and they are super yummy!

  • You might try taking some extra B-12 but it is probably not going to make it grow as fast as you want. Extentions are probably your best bet.

  • After not losing a pound the first couple weeks, I kicked up the exercise. Today I got on the scale and had lost 8 pounds since last week! I am so excited it is such an amazing motivator. Here is to many more posts under this subject until one day it reads down 200 lbs!

  • Get yourself in a pool. It is great exercise and lots of fun. The thing is you do nto even really have to get in there and swim you can go to the pool with your family and play but still get great exercise.

  • Personally i take Sunday as my full cheat day I get it off all day long no worry about calories. I just eat what I want.
