Just the board I need. I have a rare day off from work today since I worked this weekend, so I'm going to take advantage of my day off to take care of me! 1. Do my 5x5 SL workout today 2. 20 min cardio after 3. 10 min mobility work -upper back and shoulders are tight 4. Fold laundry 5. Overachiever bonus item: wash 1 load…

I had used a HRM, and I did notice that my burn decreased over time as I got more efficient. I did lose a few pounds, and definitely some inches too.
-
CVX 5 pounds for me too today. I can't move as fast as they do on some of the moves. But, it's done!

Joining late, but not too late! I finished T25 last week, and this week is Week 1 day 5 of P903X. I believe CVX is on the schedule for me tonight when I get home from work. I guess I'm not the only one with hamstring and glute tightness following T25. Still trying to stretch through it.

My cats aren't lap cats. But they enjoy walking on my keyboard.

. Yup, I do log it all in and own my actions. Sometimes I'll even log it in the morning after. It makes me feel like a college girl doing the walk of shame,

I can't count to 30 and do my work on the computer at the same time! Plus, my mastication is sooooo efficient that the food is all but gone by the 5th chew. I think it has something to do with having to eat fast when I was a kid, otherwise my older brothers would get more of the food.

I tried the portioning out trick once, but ended up throwing the stuff out because it got stale. These monthly cravings are "cyclical" if you know what I mean. And, I feel guilty going through all those ziplock bags. I do agree with the portioning it though. Instead of eating out of a bag, I should just grab a handful and…

I have to agree with you. Unfortunately I share my kitchen with my kids, and those are the things they have for school snacks. And, I consider dark chocolate one of the main essential food groups...in moderation.

I lost over 30# on weightwatchers, but then I got a point where I wanted to add definition and sculpt my body, and ww just wasn't working for me anymore. A huge part of the failure of ww in this respect is that we doesn't allow you to keep track our your protein intake, so when I'm trying to build muscle, I really wasn't…

Don't do it. Cosmetics aside, the scarring inherent to the procedure can really screw up mammogram interpretation while screening for breast cancer.
-
Not to mention that it totally isn't big enough for my costco sized bag of chips.
-
Another thought - avoid bringing home any work to do, since that seems to be a trigger for me.

That is very strange, if not intriguing. Not sure if the salt and pepper will be able to remove the earthiness of the sweet potatoes. WIll have to give this one a try, but I'm not gonna lie, I'm not convinced.

That is some serious willpower!!! Usually I'm pretty good about being disciplined, except when I'm pre-menstrual, as is the case now.

Technically it's not the kitchen. It's one of those home office alcoves that is adjacent (i.e. 4 steps from the fridge, 3 steps from the pantry) to the kitchen area. I've thought about moving my laptop and associated paperwork to my bedroom and working from there, but there isn't a desk there as I'm trying to keep that…

THAT is a great idea. Thanks!
-
But I will also add that my own brain is rather reptilian at times.

I don't do video games, except wii with my kids (but that's not my "problem time"). But that is a great idea. When i'm up late working on the computer, I type with both hands, but I still manage to fanagle a "fist in bag of chips" maneuver.

"Lizard brain = the male brain." That is too funny!
-
Goth - that's a great idea. I will have to try that one.
-
Thanks emmie! Those are all great ideas! My problem is usually by the end of the night, I've pretty much used up the majority of my allotted calories for the day. I'm a tea freak, so I will drink tea like there's no tomorrow. However, the problem is when I want to chew on something crunchy and salty late at night while I'm…
