Are you overestimating your exercise calories? If you are using MFP's calculations, you could be overeating on days that you exercise and throwing off your CICO balance.

I use the Presto bowl as well and pop it with no oil. After it's popped, I spray a little olive oil using my sprayer and then add salt.

Up at 5am, out the door to the gym 10 minutes later. I only do 35 minutes of cardio when I get there, but at least it's something. My first goal is 20.5lbs by my birthday, which is in May, I'm down 5.5lbs so far, so 15 to go. Ultimately, I'd like to lose another 10 after that to hit a goal weight of 145.

Overall, I eat pretty light throughout the week and then plan at least one indulgent meal on the weekends. I don't consider it cheating. I just log what I ate, and if I'm over, so be it. The next meal/day I get myself back on track.

I'm only 5'5'', but I'm 174 right now and in a size 12 in most brands. I can squeeze into some 10's, but typically only if the pants are a stretchier material. I was in 10's getting down to 8's when I was about 155, years ago.
