My biggest trigger was night-time eating. About 9pm after I put the kids to bed I would sit on the couch, watch TV and eat ice cream, potato chips, cookies- you name it. LOL! Not all of us. That seems to be the one thing that ISN'T shrinking after losing 30lbs. I'm sure they'll eventually shrink some, but my sister only weighs about 120 and she's still a nice full C cup.

We have a Wii Fit Plus and I love it. Boxing, Super Hoola Hoop, Advance Step and the Obstacle Course make me sweat like crazy. Plus, it helps you keep track of your BMI, Weight and fitness goals. Great buy! Totally worth it.
