I'm 12 weeks 5 days and gained 1.5 pounds (I think, I'll get the official number at my doctor's appointment in 2 weeks). I'm hoping to gain at a reasonable rate, hopefully on the smaller end of the 25-35 lb range but we'll see!

Thanks ladies! First off the peppermint tea has helped a lot (my pants actually fit better since I started drinking it so that's a good sign!). I'm short too at 5'2 so there just isn't anywhere for the extra stuff to go. I also like the empire waist sundress idea :) Might as well flaunt that baby belly while you have it!

Hi! I don't have a CLC but I have had an ectopic pregnancy and in my personal experience it was very very painful. It was like menstrual cramps x100 and concentrated on one side. That's awesome! I find it really hard to stay the course when travelling. And yes skirts are usually good (especially for shorties like me because you generally don't need to shorten them). Congrats!

I would suggest sticking to just weekends as a start. Drinking things with less calories too is a good plan. I'm a big fan of dry red wine or gin with club soda and lime.
