hi everyone push 3 week 3 done stormy: it was bad week for my eating for me too!!! I really need to go back in track but with Christmas coming it's difficult aeverton : you are brave to workout at 10 pm. I do it first thing on the morning otherwise i can get lazy easily at night. anyway let's keep pushing !!!
