They are all about 45 mins to 1 hr. Only exception being Yoga X is 90 mins. Way to excel with your workouts! You are going to crush P90X!

I have found that if I get up,empty stomach, and work out straight away I have to most energy and feel the best. I find that if I workout after breakfast or dinner I feel heavier and even if I wait an hour I still cramp a little. I think it is different for each person, you have to find what works best for you :)

Turbo Jam and TurboFire! I've completed TJ and now I am on Week 9 of TF and LOVE IT! I'm going to do Insanity once I complete TurboFire :)

I LOVE TurboFire I am currently on Week 9 and I've lost 14.5 inches and 12 pounds! It so fun and the music rocks! I am officially addicted !

I'm currently on Week 9 of TurboFire which works off of HIIT workouts and I've lost 12 pounds so far! :)

I find that Turbo Jam or TurboFire with weighted gloves has worked the best for me! I tried P90X but it was too much weight lifting and not enough cardio. I still have a little "squishy" but I can feel I am toning up. Hope this helps-best of luck!

I've never tried JM but I';ve heard great things about it ! I've done Turbo Jam and TurboFire and have had amazing results! The key is to KEEP PUSHING PLAY! :) Best of luck!

HI! I use to log the Tone and Sculpt class under "Calisthenics, home, light/moderate effort" for 30 mins. I find I burn around 200-300 calories with the workouts. I started with TurboJam and had ton of fun ! It's kickboxing and dancing all in one :) Then I stepped it up a level and now I am on week 6 of TurboFire !

I agree with Morgan ... loose it slowly ! Another tip-are you eating GOOD 1700 calories ? I find my workouts 10 times more effective and FUN if i eat healthy good food versus a quick 700 calories at a drive in. Let me know if you need anymore help ! Best of luck !
