Beautiful! Great job girl!!!:flowerforyou:

My favorite snack (that work provides for free) is Emerald Sweet & Salty Mixed Nut Blend: Dark Chocolate & Peanut Butter Flavor. It's a mix of cocoa roast almonds, glazed peanuts and glazed pecans. SO YUMMMMY! 220 cals and 7g of protein.

I used to compete in Miss America Organization pageants and pretty much starve myself for a few days. Tap dance was my talent so right before the talent competition (but after swimsuit) I would have 2 teaspoons of honey. It metabolizes quickly to give you instant energy. I don't do that anymore because I've seen the light…

I LOVE THIS THREAD! I'll do 60 mins on the elliptical in front of a MSNBC show then prance around the weight room drooling at hot men for a few mins. Then I'll do about 30 mins of combination muscle group free weight exercises- focusing on core and arms. Like burpies, tricep kick backs, lateral lounges w/ a shoulder press,…

Not familiar w/ the product you mentioned but when I was trying to lose weight quickly (and in an unhealthy way.) I tried many many thermogenics. (This is not meant to be a dig at you- just a note on what time of my life I took them.) Of the ones I tried- Oxy Elite Pro worked best for me. I didn't feel jittery like I did…

Wow! You're such an inspiration to me. And by the looks of the dates on your photos- you did it all gradually and healthy. Way to go girly! Hope you don't mind me saying this- you're hot!!:flowerforyou:

You're probably building muscle under your fat so your stomach will either look the same or even bigger :noway: The only way to lose that belly fat is to decrease your body fat overall. Where you lose weight fastest is all up to genetics. If your goal is to lose inches in your stomach, perhaps you should measure yourself…

I'm 5 ft. 1.5 in. Goal weight: 133. I was this weight about 5 years ago in college and I looked amazing. Just trying to get my groove back :-)

Congratulations! So happy for you!

Congrats! Amazing results! Keep it up.

Goal weight: 133. About 5 years ago.

I have it. Got it as a gift. It's a fine work out if you're trying to only tone. It's not a big calorie burner. I wouldn't say it's anything too terribly special. Just sorta average. I honestly get a better buns/core workout from Bob Harper's Buns workout.

Well it hasn't happened yet... but there's this trainer at my gym and I hope that he'll be there tonight.  :smooched:

Great analogy @hpsnickers1--- I totally understood it and I agree with you on every point! OP- I know a lot of people are being rather critical of you (unfortunately it's to be expected on these boards sometimes.) Have you tried limited your drinking to only 1 day a week? Or even 1 day every 2 weeks. Eat super clean all…

Great job! Congrats!

Note on the kettlebell swing- if the weight is flipping up (meaning the bottom of the kettlebell is showing when you hit the peak of your thrust) then it's too light for you. Make sure you're using something heavy enough that it's a challenge :-) Thanks for starting the tread @ninerbuff -- will you please explain the…

Congratulations on making a true lifestyle change! So happy for you and your beautiful little girl.

Great job! Congratulations! You should be so proud of yourself!

It's just genetics whether or not you sweat a lot (and where you sweat.) Depends on size of sweat glands as well as a myriad of other things. Don't be embarrassed. Everyone at the gym is a little self-conscious and it's silly because everyone is there for his/her own workout. Sweat and be proud girlfriend!:flowerforyou:

I agree w/ @clairficatio I was PMSing like crazy on Saturday. I was craving sugar pretty badly and no amount of greek yogurt would satisfy it. Ordinarily I would buy some chocolate chip cookies (the precut kind) and pop those in the oven BUT instead I bought some whole wheat waffles. Had those w/ fat free whipped cream,…

raw almonds!

I'm going to side w/ @cloudbustr on this one. I try to stay away from them unless I"m having a serious craving for some watered down mac and cheese or pizza. If I ever buy them I only buy 1 at a time. Don't want to get in the habit of eating packaged stuff often. Alternatively, I've found that frozen, steamable veggies are…

What a beautiful post. Hats off to you and your journey.

I'm having one right now :-) My top 3 favs: --- Greek yogurt (Chobani or Yoplait Greek 2X protein are my favs) w/ a cup of blueberries or strawberries mixed in. --- Subway english muffin(whole wheat) w/ turkey, egg whites, provolone, green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and red wine vinaigrette. ---Whole wheat bread…

If you have trouble sleeping try drinking Yogi "Bedtime" tea. The taste is fine and it puts me right to bed. I often workout around 9 or 10 PM and try to get up around 7 or 8 and it works for me :flowerforyou:
