  • Zumba is by far my favorite workout! I have been doing it for almost 2 years now and love it! You are working out but it doesn't feel like you are! I use a HRM watch to accurately track calories. I burn usually an average of 700-800 calories in an hour!

  • I have a hard time eating a big dinner/lunch before I workout because I am afraid I am going to get cramps. If I am starving I will eat something small before my workouts. Most of the time I eat afterwards because you are still burning calories after your workout.
  • One thing about exercise is that I LOVE Zumba! It's a Latin-American Dance workout, it's so fun that you don't even know you are doing. I know it's hard to eat right at times but remember to drink lots and lots of water, it really helps.

  • Thank you all for your help! I have been planning but I just don't want to get a salad if it has hidden ingredients when I can get something that tastes better. How are gyros, sandwiches, and burgers? Meaning, if I can get a burger because it's the same amount of calories in a sandwich I would rather chose the burger.
