  • I used to eat microwave dinners frequently and it helped me lose weight. Yes it has more carbs and sodium in it but it does the trick.

  • It depends, I am around that 10 pounds to go mark however I am in a slump. Now I have been eating more and especially peanut butter since I am highly addicted to it but I haven't been losing. I started doing the same thing that helped me lost it before and that seems to be working. Do what works for you!

  • I love Zumba classes! I go 5x a week if I can or even more! It's a fun party and nobody cares if you mess up a move. The point of the workout is to have fun and not even realizing that you are working out.

  • I drank diet pop before I started dieting and diet pop is still bad for you. It's full of sodium and sugar. I know it's hard but by cutting pop altogether it made it easier to lose weight. Yes I do have the occasional pop but I try to cut it altogether.

  • I am addicted to ice cream! I love Slim-A-Bear 100 calorie ice cream sandwiches, breyer's 130 calorie triple chocolate bar is amazing and 150 brownie caramel ice cream sandwich is great. Also weight watchers candy ice cream bar is AMAZING. Oh I love it all! How they are all under 160 still amazes me!
  • Zumba can be very overwhelming at first but the only thing you can do is move. I would rather move and make a complete fool out of myself than just standing there. At least you are starting somewhere and don't worry you will get it!

  • You don't want to hear this but you are exercising too much and not eating enough. You need to make sure that you are atleast eating 1200 calories a day and you are supposed to eat more if you exercise. Plus your body needs days to rest.
