Fidgeting, I know it sounds dumb but I make an effort to fidget. I have a stationary job. I'm stuck at a desk and rarely have time to get to a bathroom much less walk. Making time to stand up and bouncing my knees during my 12hr shifts is just my little way to burn a few more calories.

I think excess is the devil. I miss being able to stuff my face til my stomach was at the bursting point then going to pass out somewhere in the warm sun. Unfortunately too much of that is why I am where I am just have to remember to stop when I'm no longer hungry not when I'm full

Just at the start of my weight loss journey but I'm using walking in place of eating I have to elementary age kids and a husband who acts about the same age most days.
