Wow. So no wonder i find it hard to lose the weight! because im losing WAY TO MUCH and my body thinkgs its starving. so really i should be eating the 1800 cals a day, maybe even 200 more to push it to 2000 and then doing a workout or going for a run which would burn 500-1000 and i'd still be under my target calorie count…

wait wait wait, so basically my setting is at llose 1.5lbs a day right? So when im eating say 1600 cals a day and then going on a 10-20k run ( training for trail runs amongst other things, i weigh 99kgs @ 6'2 ) and eating a 100cal gel when im out there to keep the energy up i burn between 800-2000 calories.
