Try to add an exercise into your daily routine, maybe a 30min jog or gym activities etc to burn off extra calories. Also remember to drink lots of water, this helps curb appetite.

Great thread. I like the detailed write up and I was wondering if you are familiar with Bas Rutten's mma workout? I was doing his workout almost exclusively for a couple months and saw great results. Are these comparable to that type of system? thanks

When I first started I couldn't run on the treadmill because I would get really bad shin splits. So I started out on the elliptical which is very low impact. When it became easier for me I upped the resistance. Before I knew it when I eventually hopped back on to the treadmill a couple months later my endurance improved.

make sure to have plenty of potassium before your workouts, it helps with cramps. You could do a banana or something like coconut water which I absolutely love.

I like to do almonds and strawberries when I am hungry. Almonds are a good source of fats and protein. Strawberries are low in calories and carbs and also contain some vitamins.

For me it started with substituting my high calorie drinks for water or diet soda. It really makes a tremendous difference because it really is shocking how many calories I consumed just drinking. Of course if needed this could be a gradual change. Instead of a couple sodas a day have just one. Then instead of one a day…

I really know how you feel. Sometimes I feel like I need goggles because it really does irritate my eyes. When I do cardio stuff I always bring a small towel and constantly wipe. Tagging this to see if anything else comes up in the recommendations.

The term clean is just used to categorize food. Most people refer to clean eating as consuming unprocessed foods. There are many ways to lose weight, some of which are healthier than others. Of course the underlying truth for losing weight is consuming less calories than you expend. But just because you can lose weight…
