  • Hi, I would drop the calories to about 1200. 40\40\20 C/P/F Try full body resistance and training 3 times a week and some form of HIIT cardio 3 times a week. This should drop the weight fast. Give it a go for a couple of weeks and see how it works for you. Good luck.
