Congrats!!! As a new mother too, I have a 10 month old, I miss BF so much! I stopped at 6 months to return to work. During my BF days, I walked about 30 min dailey and did light arm weights. Wow! Everyone's exercise routines sound great! I'm back to work full time so I try to walk every night with the baby (15 pd baby & 15-20 pd stroller) I walk 40 min with many small dips/hills & one large steep hill at the end back to my house- its a great workout & what I can fit in at this time! Its working for me :)

good for you! A few yrs back, I too made a 'life decision'. You can do this. Know that in a few days, weeks, months, this will get easier and you will see a brand new you!
