Skyrim is awesome, there are a few community packs on the Steam Workshop that I use, all to make it look prettier, I've plowed a few days of my life into it and fighting the urge to play is hard!

I've always been big, all through growing up, but recently it's just been to much crappy food and not enough constant exercise. I train three times a week, but coupled with a poor natural metabolism and eating terribly, the lbs just piled on.

I've had this pain before, and I found that it was, as above, related to the tightness of your shoes - having them looser, but not too loose really helped!

You could just go for a nice leisurely walk or do something low impact - that way you feel like you're doing something but not so much that you might cause injury!

You don't have to, just doing weights will burn plenty of calories by itself - but doing 20-30 minutes 1-2 times a week would help you feel less out of breath, especially as you start to lose the weight. You could start doing a sport, something light such as tennis or badminton that would improve your cardio while you have…
