It doesen't matter if you're over on sugar if your total cal is OK. Most of the food we eat becomes sugar in our system, at the body uses it as fuel. But if you want to you can always eat something else ;)

My treat is Brio Grädd Original. It's toffee. 11 pices = 100 kcal :) I eat them when I'm in need of a treat(like when I have my period), since chocolate is banned for this month and untill Christmas.

30 min is recommended by the Norwegain government, hehe. Anything more is a bouns I guess :) Of course it depends on the exercise.

Because I didn't stick to it. I eat healty food, and worked out, but in secret I ate junk, sweets and chocolate. I didn't have the willpower or the determination to follow though my diet and work out plan so I gave in to cravings. At last I just gave up.

It's carbs that transformes to fat. Protein is just good for you, after workouts you need proteins to rebuild your body. I alwasy go over my protein recommendation, and I can't say I feel a thing different. Protein is the bodys buildingblocks :) Remember we at meateaters for natures side.

I weighing in every sunday or monday, once a week and measurements once a month. In Norway that's what recommende by most training/nutrition experts.

It's dosen't matter if you're over on protein. The body uses protein on everything to hair and nails to building muscles. If you work out the body needs more protein to recover.
