  • Hi! I was up to 125 on levothyroxine. He told you 75 was the lowest? it's not. well now i'm on armour. I was also herbs for 6 months but that didn't help since mine is primary now. but levothyroxine does not have t4 and t3.....so that's why i'm on armour only for a month now. how long have you been on levothyroxine.

  • Can you eat something before 10pm? snack earlier and when you get home have a glass of water or maybe an apple for the fiber.
