  • Believe it or not , I like myoplex original, It tastes great and makes it easy to keep track of all day. I hate to fix and eat breakfast but a 1/3 of a container and you have had it.:drinker:

  • I believe we all hit times when we cant lose weight for a time . you will drop off the plateau if you persist. Don't quit. Work a little harder , particularly cardio, and watch what you eat and stay within the guidelines. Kid , YOU CAN DO IT. Think of the girls you can date if you look better,haha.
  • I utilized them dieting 10 yrs ago.eating 2 a day. I added a lot of fruits and vegies . I lost 135 lbs in 6 mon. But gained it back and then some I think a good balanced menu with a few lean cuisines when necessary is more practical and sustainable.
