I lost all my baby weight, then some but I still jiggle, especially in the belly area. Im working on it but I totally get how you feel. All these new stretch marks and the jiggle is not fun and takes away from the great feeling of weight loss. Just keep plugging at it, you will be great

I workout most days and I alternate between running and HIIT. The running gets my stamina up (I tend to run for about 45-60 minutes) and the HITT is to work those muscles that running simply doesnt cover. slow down to where you feel you are going too slow and you will naturally speed up as you go along. Control your breathing by your steps, in...two...three...out...two...three. Thats how i started and it worked a treat!

I get very obsessed with whatever tv show i am watching, like doctor who and firefly and i become obsessed with movies too. However, I always have time to paint my nails!!

I do the insanity workouts and I burn maybe 700 calories in the hour, definitely no more than that. I burned nearly 1000 when I was about 200lbs but now that I am 174, its not as many. I can burn 1000 calories in 90 minutes of running but defo not 60.

seeing my body change and the weight go down. Its also turned into a habit for me so I tend not to need motivation, I eat what I eat all the time and the exercise just gets done

I will run up to an hour and a half before I would drink water. I have been on 8 mile runs and not had a drop. I drink when Im done.

I eat pretty much the same food from week to week. I do this for 2 reasons: a) I dont have alot of money and if I know exactly what I will be eating then i can budget properly b) I like the foods I eat. I consistently lose weight and I enjoy my food. I occasionally try something different but if it aint broke yada yada

Im slowly but surely working my way to maintenance, I love food and lots of it, so I do alot of exercise to make up for it!
