  • Hi Started MFP four days ago. I've lost 1 lb. and am feeling motivated, for a change. In the weirdest way, I actually look forward to keeping track of what I eat - I never realized how much sodium, calories etc....is in different foods. I really hope that with this and moderate exercise, I can lose weight! Good luck to you…
