I also want to know how you girls are adding this to your exercise? 20 min of strength? Dosen't show many calories burned... I am on day 3 and I was surprised at how sore I was!

how exciting! You started at about my weight and I would love to be 110. I have lost 10 and can't lose anymore.. so I have kinda given up.. any tips on how you lost that final 10??

the first time I did it.. it was hell, but I just finished a body pump class and ran home from the gym. I ran again today and it was much easier.. I could breathe and was hacking up a lung when it was over. Yuo have to push yourself and it does get easier the next time!

I don't think she is talking about the "grapefruit diet" that was so popular years ago.. like the cabbage soup diet" She is just talking baout adding grapefruits to his already exisiting diet.. and now I am totally going to try it! ( I wonder if grapefruit juice..with no added sugar would work just as well?

I googled it before.. there is just too many positions.. plus half the time woman just lay there.. you'll have to wear your HRM and let us know how many you burn! lol

when in doubt I would put it the lowest calories burned.. otherwise you are tempted to eat way more thinking you burned it. ( just what I do!) lol
