  • Changed belts...very exciting right? Had one that was pretty worn out that has been loose on the smallest hole for a while now. Thought about making a new hole but decided on trying a new one that I could barely squeeze on the largest size. To my surprise the next smallest hole is quite comfy now.
  • I am down around 20 lbs right now and can count on one hand how many people have mentioned something so I know they noticed. I'm kind of surprised honestly because I have lost a few lbs here and there in the past and after about 5 lbs I would star getting comments. This time much less so. Hopefully I will never be back…

I think that'll be your best bet for urban riding, typical roads, sidewalks, bike paths etc. a mountain style will work too but can tend to be heavier and slower on the road.   • I'm currently on week 5 of alpha. So far I'm down just over 12lbs and a few inches overall. I am glad to start adding some weights in beta. I have to say the first few workouts I thought I would die barely getting through the 25 mins. I can keep up much better now but still can't do everything as well as the video does.…
  • I am on my last week of alpha right now and have lost 12 lbs. Have tried to stay at my allowed cals per mfp but can admit that I have had some cheat days. For what it is it's a great 25-30 mins of exercise when you are too busy to dedicate an hour or more.
