Here is the recipe I use for lentil soup. It’s actually a Wegmans recipe. I add more veggies to make it heartier. It’s really good and filling, and you can dial the spice up or down. When I have this for lunch, I’m usually good until dinner time. If anyone makes it, let me know how it turned out.…
