So I forgot to set goals for today, but today was a winning day. Rocked it at work, was very pleased with how the day went. Today was an unexpected day. Stuff happened that has taken up a lot of mind space. My dad is really not doing well, he started hospice today. Today was a productive day. Cleaned, sold Girl Scout cookies, did some errands. NSV - started to get lazy around 7 pm and laid down checking in here. Saw that I had set a goal for a walk, so I got up, and went for a walk around the neighborhood. Total today was 13k steps. Report 2/25 Make lentil soup. That always helps…
