  • I've had that problem ever since I was a kid. I always go REALLY red and my face doesn't go back to a regular colour for a while after I've finished my workout. It looks like I'm super sunburnt but I'm really not.
  • Everyone is doing so well. I have friends who gave up after week 3 so it's great to see so many people here kicking *kitten*. Yesterday I did w7d1 and did 27m30s instead of 25 mins and today I thought I may as well go for it (skipping week7 and 8) - ignored time, went slowly and went for the full 5k with no…
  • Did the dreaded w5d3 today and found it fine. I even tacked on an extra couple mins of jogging at the end to equal 22mins because I didn't feel too bad and found a nice rhythm. Fingers crossed week 6 won't be too hard.
  • I weigh in every day in the morning but I try and take any power away from the number so I'm just watching the fluctuations for interests sake. If I know I've been sticking to my diet well and I wake up and have gained a lb - it's obviously not fat, just water retention so I shrug it off, knowing my weight will go back…
  • I think it really does get quiet once summer is over in the northern hemisphere. I'm a Brit living in Australia for now and so we have a while until our summer here.
  • I went from a 38DD to a 36C/almostB a couple years ago when I lost 70lb. I'm a 36D right now and would desperately like them to go a little smaller purely because exercising is easier with a smaller chest. Less jiggle happens. :)
  • I'm pretty sure that isn't realistic and it's unfair for him to be setting you impossible goals. I'm sure somebody somewhere has lost 100lb in four months but it wouldn't have been done in a healthy way at all and is very far from the norm. Aim for 2lb a week. Just do whatever makes you feel best and ignore him. Don't let…
  • I've been slowly edging my time up. Week 1 - averaged around a 13min/mile. I'm on week 4 and I'm just under 11min/mile. I'm tall (5'11.5) and so I'm aiming for a 10 min mile in the next couple of weeks.
